Age Requirements & Eligibility

Bktk1 may request age verification documents at any time. If a user cannot prove they are over 18, the account will be suspended and deposited funds may not be returned.

Other Eligibility Requirements

• Bktk1 cannot be used from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Anyone currently under an active self-exclusion may not open an account.
• Bktk1 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in betting.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on bktk1 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

Deposit Rules

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.

Withdrawal Rules

• It is recommended to withdraw using the same payment method used for your deposit.
• If the wagering requirement for a bonus is not met, withdrawals may be put on hold.

Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on bktk1, it generally cannot be cancelled. Always double-check the odds, stake, and potential winnings before placing your bet.

General Betting Rules

• Outcomes for all betting markets are determined based on the official results issued by the relevant sports authority.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes will be returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bktk1 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Bktk1 is not liable if a live bet fails to process in time due to network issues.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the market and event.

Cash Out Rules

The cash out feature may not be available on all bets. The cash out amount depends on current match conditions and odds. Once a cash out request is accepted and confirmed, it is considered final.

Welcome Bonus

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.

• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

Prohibited Activities

• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or carry out a cyberattack on the platform.
• Fraudulent or deceptive behaviour toward other users.
